Your funeral professional will send you a private Charon Care meeting link. You do not need a paid professional account to join.
- Open the private invitation your professional shared with you.
- Enter your name and allow the camera and microphone when you are ready.
- If the room is waiting for the host, wait for your professional to open it, then try joining again.
Your choice about recording
Your host should explain what they want to record or transcribe, why, and who can access it. Tell them if you prefer an unrecorded conversation or want recording to stop. Joining a meeting does not mean you have agreed to recording.
Need your invitation?
Contact the professional who arranged your conversation. Ask them to send your private link again. Meeting rooms are not listed publicly.
